Co-founder & CEO
With a background as an engineer and developer, Susanna has spent more than 15 years building and leading automation and AI solutions. Her passion lies in translating complex technology into simple, effective business outcomes. She combines deep technical expertise with a strategic mindset to help organisations adopt AI with clarity and confidence
Cecilia Clinch
Co-Founder & CCO
Cecilia brings over a decade of experience in process optimisation and organisational transformation. She helps companies turn technology into tangible results, aligning people, process, and purpose. She drives change that lasts by combining structure, empathy, and a deep understanding of how people make transformation real

After more than 15 years of leading AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, Cecilia and Susanna began to see a familiar pattern, many leaders understood that AI was essential, but few knew how to get started or how to do it right. Driven by a shared belief that technology should empower people, not replace them, they founded CatapultAI to bridge that gap.
